1. Nature of the Service
Wangcuo Line provides digital interactive fiction content and credits.
Credits may be used within the service to continue story progression, access interactive narrative content, or use related features.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be exchanged for prizes, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be used outside the service.
2. Refund Policy
Because this service provides digital credits that are delivered immediately after purchase, all completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
If there is a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, a successful payment without proper credit delivery, or a major technical issue that prevents the use of purchased credits, the case may be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by law, payment provider rules, or otherwise stated in this Policy, refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- Credits have been successfully delivered;
- Credits have been partially or fully used;
- The user changes their mind;
- The user did not read the product description, service description, or this Policy;
- The user’s subjective preference regarding story content, narrative outcome, character development, or interactive experience does not meet expectations;
- Usage issues are caused by the user’s device, browser, network environment, or account operation;
- The user decides after purchase that they no longer need or want to continue using the service.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a user has questions about a transaction, we encourage them to contact support before initiating a payment dispute.
If a user abuses refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the account.
